AutoGrant is the AI Grant Operating System. This page explains what information we collect when you visit this site or apply to our design-partner program, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this short because, today, the answer is short.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors of autogrant.ai and people who submit information through the Request Access form. Use of the product itself is governed by a separate engagement agreement signed with each design-partner organization.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, organization, organization type, and any message you submit through the Request Access form.
- Basic usage data: standard server logs (timestamps, IP address, user agent, requested URL). We use this for security and to understand traffic patterns.
What we don't collect
- We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't fingerprint visitors or build behavioral profiles for retargeting.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request for access.
- To understand which content is useful so we can improve the site.
- To protect the site against abuse.
How long we keep it
Request Access submissions are kept as long as it's useful to the ongoing conversation, and removed on request. Server logs are rotated on a rolling 90-day window.
Data residency
Our infrastructure runs in the United States by default. If your organization has specific residency or sovereignty requirements, raise them on your first call. We'll tell you honestly what we can and can't meet.
Your choices
You can request a copy of any information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email chris@centerednetworks.com and we'll handle it directly.
Changes to this policy
AutoGrant is early-stage and the product is evolving. We'll update this page when our practices change and bump the "Last updated" date at the top.
