AutoGrant Enterprise
A complete grant operating capability, deployed in your environment.
AutoGrant Enterprise gives your organization an AI-assisted grant operation built around your workflows, data, approvals, integrations, and governance. It can make a grants capability accessible when building the full team is not practical, or expand the capacity of the professionals you already have without adding proportional headcount.
Dedicated or customer-controlled deployment
Run AutoGrant in a dedicated environment or your own.
Organization-wide internal use
Broad authorized use within the agreed scope.
Human approval at every critical step
Preparation and authorization remain separate.
Value-based commercial model
Terms tied to the value created — not seats or usage.
Grant capacity
The conventional answer is more headcount. The operational answer is more capability.
A complete grants function may require strategy, opportunity research, funder intelligence, program coordination, proposal development, budgets, compliance, project management, quality review, submission readiness, post-award tracking, reporting, and renewal.
Many organizations cannot justify or recruit every role. Existing teams may be capable but saturated, forcing them to decline opportunities, rely on outside support, or spend senior time on administrative work.
Enterprise creates value in two ways
Capability access
Give an organization a credible grant-operating capability it could not otherwise afford to build in full.
Capacity expansion
Help an existing grants team evaluate, develop, and manage more high-quality work without proportional headcount growth.
The customer still retains human strategy, program ownership, relationships, evidence, finance, approval, and accountability.
Commercial model
Tie the commercial model to the value created—not to how widely the capability is adopted.
AutoGrant Enterprise is not metered by
- Seats
- Named users
- Applications
- Departments
- Legal entities as a billing meter
- Prompts
- Generated words
- Tokens
- Usage
Broad adoption should improve the return, not trigger penalties.
What commercial terms are based on
Commercial terms are based on a jointly validated view of conservative recurring value, which may include:
- The fully loaded cost of a grant capability the organization would otherwise need
- Hiring avoided or deferred
- FTE-equivalent capacity created for the existing team
- Outside research, writing, or consulting spending reduced
- Administrative rework and coordination cost reduced
- Institutional knowledge and continuity preserved
- Deadline, compliance, and reporting risk reduced where measurable
Additional grants won are upside. They should not be required to justify the base economic case.
Anti-double-counting rule
Use either avoided-hire value or the capacity value created by the same work—not both. Recognize only value that can be explained and defended.
Value assessment
The Enterprise process begins by establishing
- Current grant-operation cost and structure
- Opportunity volume and work constrained by capacity
- Planned hiring or outside spending
- Workflow, rework, and coordination burden
- Human responsibilities that must remain
- Target operating model with AutoGrant
- Conservative recurring value
- Deployment, integration, security, and support requirements
- Success measures
- Proposed fixed organization-wide terms
The output includes
- Current-state operating model
- Target-state operating model
- Conservative value case
- Deployment and responsibility design
- Proof engagement
- Acceptance measures
- Organization-wide commercial terms
Enterprise economics
Two value cases.
Build a capability that does not exist
The organization may have strong programs, projects, research, or technical work but no complete grants team.
The value comparison is:
Cost of the conventional grant capability
minus the human ownership the organization still needs
plus outside costs that can be responsibly avoided
The message is not “replace a team.” It is:
“Gain access to the operating capacity of a modern grants function without building every role from scratch.”
Expand an existing team
The organization may have a respected team that cannot cover the available opportunity or administrative burden.
The value comparison can include:
- Additional effective capacity
- Hiring deferred
- Outside spending reduced
- Time returned to strategy, relationships, and senior review
- More consistent requirements, approvals, and reporting
- Knowledge preserved across people and cycles
The message is:
“Expand the capacity of the professionals you already have without adding proportional headcount.”
Organization-wide license
Scope defines the operating and contractual boundary—not the billing unit.
The Enterprise agreement provides broad authorized internal use within the agreed organization and environment.
It does not create
- Seat counts
- Application allowances
- Department overages
- Adoption true-ups
- Prompt or token charges
- Success fees tied to awards
The agreement defines
- Licensed organization and affiliates where applicable
- Environments
- Deployment responsibility
- Included product capabilities
- Implementation and integration scope
- Support and release process
- Security and procurement deliverables
- Third-party cloud and model responsibility
- Change control
- Renewal and exit

How it works
The engagement path.
Step 1
Assess
Define the grant capability, current constraints, human responsibilities, economic value, deployment requirements, and fit.
Step 2
Prove
Use real opportunities and workflows to demonstrate AI Judge, requirements, proposal, review, security, and operating value. Agree on acceptance measures before the proof begins.
Step 3
Design
Define architecture, identity, data boundaries, integrations, governance, support, release, and responsibility.
Step 4
Deploy
Configure or deploy AutoGrant into the approved environment and connect the agreed workflow.
Step 5
Transfer
Train internal owners, document the operating model, establish support and release procedures, and confirm acceptance.
Step 6
Improve
Review value, adoption, workflow performance, product updates, and new funding priorities without turning adoption into a usage surcharge.
Deployment options
Run AutoGrant in a dedicated environment or your own.
Dedicated AutoGrant-operated environment
Customer-specific application and data resources with agreed isolation, access, release, monitoring, support, backup, and recovery.
Customer-controlled environment
AutoGrant deployed into a supported customer cloud or approved infrastructure with agreed customer and AutoGrant responsibilities.
Customer-controlled deployment can align with the customer’s identity, networking, logging, residency, key management, security operations, and governance. It does not automatically make the application compliant with every requirement.
Ownership
Who owns what.
The customer receives the licensed right to operate the agreed capability within the defined scope.
Customer owns
- Customer data
- Customer documents
- Customer-specific outputs
- Customer organizational profile
- Customer-specific configuration and integrations as defined
- Resources and logs in the customer environment
- Customer operating records
AutoGrant retains
- AutoGrant core software
- Reusable agent and orchestration framework
- AI Judge methodology
- General-purpose workflows
- Product updates
- Generic improvements
- Reusable intellectual property
Fit
Where Enterprise is a strong fit—and where it is not.
Strong fit
- Grants are strategically and economically meaningful.
- The organization has recurring opportunity.
- A named executive and operating owner exist.
- Human program, finance, evidence, and approval roles can participate.
- Deployment or governance needs justify Enterprise.
- The conservative value case supports dedicated implementation.
- The organization is willing to prove the workflow on real work.
Not a strong fit
- No meaningful grant opportunity or funding strategy exists.
- The primary request is inexpensive autonomous writing.
- No one can own decisions, evidence, relationships, or approvals.
- The buyer expects guaranteed awards or an award-contingent fee.
- The value case cannot support a dedicated implementation.
- Standard Platform controls already meet the need.
When Platform is the better path, AutoGrant will say so.
Explore AutoGrant PlatformSecurity and procurement
Security review is a named workstream, not a late-stage surprise.
Enterprise can support, subject to current capability:
- Architecture and data-flow documentation
- Security questionnaires
- Data-processing terms
- Current subprocessor list
- Identity and access design
- Customer-environment responsibility matrix
- Retention and deletion design
- Logging and incident responsibilities
- Accessibility documentation
- Responsible-AI controls
- Procurement and acceptance criteria
Success measures
Success is measured on operating value, not only awards.
Possible measures:
- Time from opportunity to go/no-go decision
- Opportunities screened
- No-go decisions made before writing
- Requirements extracted
- Time to an initial complete draft
- Review completion
- Missing or inconsistent requirements found
- Applications supported
- Outside spend reduced
- Hiring deferred
- Capacity returned to senior staff
- Reporting and renewal obligations surfaced
- User adoption and workflow consistency
- Institutional knowledge preserved
Award outcomes may be tracked as long-term evidence but should not be treated as a guaranteed deliverable.
